SimSpray

SIMSPRAY is an advanced simulator for spray painting students. It comes with a virtual environment that immerse the user in the painting cabin or on the conveyor. It produces a realistic experience in which students reproduce the body positioning and movements required for spray painting. Several processes, work pieces and settings enable the instructor to simulate various situations. The system can then analyze the work done and provide a detailed and easy to analyze report. This technology dramatically reduces the cost and duration of the training, and can be applied to most of the industries using spray systems, even for sand blasting training.
