Recharging infrastructure for electric vehicles
The development of the automobile industry will pass through the electric vehicle. Today, one of the main obstacles to this development is the lack of available recharging points.
The recharging infrastructure for electric vehicles consists of a recharging station and its upstream protection box.
The teaching system was created in collaboration with the Legrand company and its Green'Up solution.
Three-phase 22 kVA terminal on metal base with two charging sockets for one vehicle :
Communication kit with Modbus, OCPP and integrated RFID reader/encoder
Three-phase energy meter 63A Modbus
Protection and management box for multi-terminal installation with remote control and load power adaptation
Web Server
Vehicle presence simulator
The Recharge Infrastructure system is supplied with accompanying documents integrating the three dossiers (technical, recording and communication supports, Occupational Health Sécurité́ and environmental protection related to operations) and pedagogical scenarios in the Cpro form with the developed and corrected statements.
The MELEC Bac Pro skills covered are :
Test E61: "organisation of a worksite" in BTS Electrotechnics
Recharging infrastructure for electric vehicles based on a genuine tertiary industrial solution.
Pedagogical activities provided in the form of MELEC Cpro Bac Pro scenarios with answer keys
Accompanying documents including the 3 files (1, 2 and 3), technical file of the operations (1), file of the recording and communication media (2) and file on occupational health and environmental protection Sécurité́ related to the operations (3).
